What are our Policies?

If you read about the Problem that we want to solve and the Solution that we seek to implement, you know that we want to enact a modernized version of a Price Support for the U.S. Labor Market, the solution that previously created our great nation's Strong Middle Class in the last century (read here for more about the past).

The Price Support guarantees good Real Wages to those who work full-time by setting a livable economic floor for those who curb their labor output for a well-justified reason.

In the past, the Price Support managed the supply of labor so that the number of job seekers closely matched the number of real jobs, which is the only way to create a Strong Middle Class. And it did so by offering individual citizens the freedom to make a choice between EITHER receiving benefits OR working, based on their own specific life situation.

That is... Until the Democratic and Republican parties jointly destroyed our past Price Support in the late 1990s with their mistaken "reforms".

Now, the Republicans want to force EVERYONE to WORK! And as they seek to attach more and more "work requirements" to Federal programs, they also seek to continually cut taxes to an unsustainable level... Which leads to a large number of jobs that offer extremely low real wages, crushing consumer debt, and an insolvent U.S. government.

Conversely, the Democrats don't want to put ANY restrictions on ANYONE! So they offer phony solutions that lead to high inflation, job destruction, and crushing deficits. Their phony solutions include Minimum Wage increases, programs to "pay everyone for no reason" (aka Universal Basic Income, which is NOT a Price Support), and programs to "pay everyone to reproduce unsustainably" (aka Child Tax Credit, which is also NOT a Price Support). And at the same time, they seek to keep everyone alive (and working) forever with unlimited Medicare and Medicaid spending.

I, Ryan Stephen Ehrenreich, do swear to you here and now that these Republican and Democrat plans will NEVER bring back a Strong Middle Class... So I ask you to please consider voting for our Election Warranty™ Solution... The smallest possible set of changes necessary to ensure that work actually pays.

Election Warranty™ Policy Agenda:

  1. Enact an Entitlement Welfare System that offers enrollees (i.e. parents) a declining rate per hour NOT WORKED (for example, 80% of Minimum Wage for first 10 hours not worked, 70% for next 10 hours, 60% for next 10 hours, 50% for next ten hours), up to a maximum of 40 hours per week, where the rate is NOT scaled up by a specific enrollee's number of dependents, and where each enrollee agrees to cap their work output at a maximum of 40 hours per week for the entire duration of their enrollment in the program (basically, you can think of this program as Election Warranty Income Insurance™)
  2. Set a $15,000 (or Federal Poverty Level) cap on earned income (income from work) for Social Security recipients, after which benefits are to be penalized $1 for every $2 earned
  3. Restrict the scope of Government Health Insurance Mandates to ONLY mandating Catastrophic Healthcare Coverage
  4. Enact a Federal Public Option for Catastrophic Healthcare Coverage that covers mandatory medical care after the recipient (or Medicare or Medicaid) has spent $30,000 (or twice Federal Poverty Level) in a given year
  5. Set a reasonable per-person monetary limit on lifetime Federal "Medicare plus Medicaid" spending
  6. Launch a Federal Commission to recommend ways to produce a more gender-balanced population of enrollees for an Entitlement Welfare System... Including a review of my prior proposal to offer childless people the option to enroll in the Entitlement Welfare System at 30% of the rate a parent would receive, but with the right to acquire a camping-space at a government managed lot where they could place their tent or 10'x28' (maximum size) non-motorized camper and obtain access to showers, bathrooms, and other necessities on a pay-per-use basis

Election Warranty™ Warranty Details:

So confident are we that enacting our policies will vastly improve the economic well-being of most Americans that we offer voters our "Better Life Improvement Warranty™". Four years after we personally enact these policies as U.S. President, we will hold a vote on whether voters are satisfied with the result. If a majority of voters are satisfied (as we know they will be), then we will celebrate that outcome. If for some reason a majority of voters are not, then we will hold a second vote on how we can make restitution, and we will fulfill the requirements set forth in that vote. NO OTHER CANDIDATE WILL OFFER YOU THIS LEVEL OF GUARANTEE!

Rather, any other candidate that you actually hear about in the media probably voted for the mistaken "reforms" (e.g. Joe Biden, see his "Yea" votes in the U.S. Senate for Welfare and Medicaid Reform Act of 1996 and Senior Citizens' Freedom to Work Act of 2000), supported the mistaken "reforms" but was not in office (e.g. Donald Trump), subsequently helped enforce the mistaken "reforms" (e.g. Kamala Harris, Mike Pence, and others), or generally owe their current position to people in these aforementioned categories (e.g. ALL of the Republican and ALL of the Democrat politicians). So from any of their candidates, what can you expect?

From them, you can expect more blaming each other, more ginning up people's anger, and more phony solutions! Why listen to any of that? We would be happy if all those people would just go do something else and have a happy life away from politics.

So if you want REAL SOLUTIONS, we ask that you please go to the next page to see how you can vote for us and help us further our cause...
